Thursday afternoon, 1pm, February 21, 2008: Slightly cross-processed and otherwise messed-with in Photoshop® telephone pole taken at f1.4, 50mm, 160ISO.
That's one awesome looking telephone pole! Why not take 3 shots at different f/stops and HDR/tone map it. If you got a fisheye lens, a little more of the neighborhood wouldn't hurt. Pixar put out a short film called "For the Birds." (You can find it on YouTube). Maybe you can paste some birds sitting on the wires...
I am married to a career Marine, and currently living in Metairie, Louisiana, outside of New Orleans after spending four and a half years in Okinawa, Japan and nine years in San Diego before that. We have one 11-year-old daughter.

Sorry you're still locked down.
How do you do it? You make everything look good!!! Even this ordinary telephone pole which I usually think of as being eyesore. Nice photo!
